Lawns Rooms are a short stroll from The Feathers situated in a red brick townhouse in-keeping with the surrounding landscape, with views over Greshams school playing fields.
Located a short 2 minute walk from The Feathers, The Lawns Rooms offer home from home accommodation. With large airy bedrooms and a private garden.
The Lawns Rooms are perfect for families and larger groups. Wagging tails are also welcome.

BETTER BEDROOMS
These charming bedrooms are the largest of the Lawns Rooms, offering a light, airy and spacious setting for some rest and relaxation.
Our Better bedrooms are all located on the first floor with views over the garden or the roof tops of Holt. Each room is unique, some with showers and some with shower and a bathtub. All come with complimentary Bramley bathroom products for use during your stay and a tea and coffee station that includes an Illy coffee machine.
