  • What time is check-in and check-out?

Guests are able to check into our rooms anytime from 3 pm onwards. 

Standard check-out time is any time before 11 am.


  • Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

We try our best to offer early check-in times but please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you plan to arrive before 3 pm. Late check-out options are available at an additional cost, for more information please contact a member of our team.


  • Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is included in all the package offers. 


  • What amenities do you provide in the rooms? (e.g., Wi-Fi, toiletries, etc.)

All our rooms have access to free WIFI and complimentary Bramley Bathroom products to use throughout your stay.


  • Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

No, we don’t offer room service in any of our rooms.


  • Is parking available? Is it free or is there a charge?

Yes, we have parking to the side of our pub.


  • How close are you to the beach?

We are 11-minute drive from Weybourne Beach and 15 minutes from drive Serringham Beach.


  • Are pets allowed? Is there an additional fee?

Yes, furry friends are welcome in all areas of our pub, including our overnight rooms at an extra charge of £25. To explore our Sandy Paws Stay Package click here. 


  • Is there a shop nearby?

Nisa Local is a 1 minute walk away, or if you need a bigger shop Central Co-op Food is a 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive away.


  • Do you have a restaurant on-site? What are the operating hours?

There is a restaurant on-site which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our kitchen opening times can be located here. 


  • Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, we always recommend making a reservation to guarantee yourself a table, reservations can be made via our website or by giving us a call on 01263 712318.


  • What type of cuisine do you serve?

Our menus celebrate our access to artisan regional and local suppliers. Award-winning cheeses, local vegetables and home-grown meats are on our doorstep helping our Chefs stay true to our region. Our sample menus can be located here.


  • Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Yes, all our pubs have vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options for all courses. Please make our team aware of your dietary requirements when you arrive with us. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please give us a call or email us at:


  • What are the opening hours?

  • Is there parking available for restaurant guests?

Yes, we have parking behind our pub.


  • Do you offer takeout or delivery services?

No, we don't currently offer takeout or delivery options. 


  • Are children allowed? Do you have a children's menu?

Yes, children are allowed. Our sample children’s menu can be found here. 


  • Can you accommodate large groups or parties?

Our Private Dining room can be booked via Reservations and can seat up to 12 guests. Alternatively, to hire our pub for a bigger event please give us a call or email us at:


  • Do you have free WIFI?

Yes, all our pubs have free WIFI you just have to sign in.


  • Is the pub accessible?

Our pub is accessible, including an accessible disabled toilet. However, please note due to the nature of the historic property, not all spaces are accessible. However, we can accommodate you with an accessible table and the disabled toilet is fully accessible. We do not have any accessible bedrooms due to the nature of the property. Please speak to a member of our team if you have any further questions.
